Overview:
Currently, we are on the lookout for skilled individuals with a strong background in administration, document management or library skills to join our team as Document and Information Management Specialists. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management and preservation of document and information assets.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain document and information management systems.
- Classify, store, and retrieve documents and information as required.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies and confidentiality agreements.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve information flow and accessibility.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the document management system.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in document scanning, data entry, quality control, or records management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or document management role is highly desirable.
